I want to elaborate a bit on 4. Alternating days of linear and lateral emphasis conditioning.

PS. Did you notice I looked like I was going to fall over on the first skater hop? This video is also a good demonstration of why you should not train before a proper warm up! I hope you got the idea despite my lack of coordination. 🙂
